Do you already have a KlikGO account and want to enjoy the service immediately? Let's follow the steps below :
1.Open the KlikGO application
2.Enter your mobile number * or e-mail registered, then select "Enter"
3.You will get a verification code from KlikGO which is sent via SMS to your registered mobile number. Make sure you have a stable internet connection, and please wait until you receive the verification code. Then enter the verification code in the column provided in the KlikGo application, then click the "Send" button
4.You have successfully logged in to the KlikGO account
You can see your current rating in the Ratings tab located at the bottom of the Home screen in your app. You'll also see rider comments about trips taken with you.
HOW RATINGS WORK
Our goal is for you to get experience to be safe and enjoyable for everyone. Our dual rating system allows riders and drivers to rate each other.
Riders can rate their trip experience from 1 to 5 stars and have the option to provide specific feedback from a list of common issues.
Riders are not required to rate every trip, but they have 7 days to provide one through their app, and up to 30 days
If a trip is canceled, riders will be unable to rate the trip.
Please do the following:
1.Make sure your data and internet package services are active
2.Make sure cellular data is 'ON'
3.Make sure your GPS feature is active
4.Make sure your network is in 3G, H, or 4G mode
5.Do a force close on your KlikGo application by deleting the clear cache stored in internal memory, then reopening your KlikGo application
If you still experience these problems, please do the steps above regularly.
